RCP Consultancy

RCP Consultancy is the independent practice of Rebekah Pole, a research delivery specialist with more than 15 years’ experience running RCTs, drug trials and complex multi-site studies across the NHS, academia, pharma and R&D. She provides delivery-readiness reviews and bespoke workshops to sponsors of commercial clinical trials, typically pharma and medtech companies planning or running studies in UK NHS and community settings, stress-testing protocols, feasibility assessments, site selection and recruitment pathways against real-world NHS practice. She works alongside the sponsor’s CRO or CTU rather than replacing them.

With a background in psychology, Rebekah focuses on how people actually think, behave and work, spotting barriers such as workforce capacity, service pressures and patient access before they delay site activation, first patient in or recruitment to time and target. She has delivered research across NHS services, schools, prisons, care homes and the wider community, with children, adults and older adults across physical and mental health.
