From February 2025, the Ledidi platform is available to all employees at St. Olavs Hospital, NTNU and the health authorities in Central Norway. To read more about what you can use the Ledidi platform for and how to get started with applying for a user account or attending a course, please visit this webpage.

With your trial account, you will have access to all the features of the Ledidi platform, including study design, data capture, statistical analysis, and collaboration. You can start up to 10 projects and enter or import up to 1,000 data entries. You can also invite collaborators to your projects, and they will receive an invitation to start a trial account with 30 days of access.

We hope that you find our platform useful. If you wish to upgrade to a paid subscription and continue using the Ledidi platform, please contact us at support@ledidi.com. If you do not wish to upgrade, you do not have to take any action. Your account will not be accessible after 30 days.

Would you like to keep a copy of the data entered on the Ledidi platform during your trial period? Click the question mark in the upper right corner of app (when logged in) to access our user guide, where you can find instructions on how to download different types of data.

In order to complete your account set up process, you would need to create your own password after logging on using the temporary password you received in the welcome email, and set up 2 Factor Authentication for added protection to your account (here we have a quick guide on how).

We support both credit cards and invoices as payment methods. If you choose to pay by credit card, you can select between monthly or yearly billing. If you choose an invoice as your payment method, you will receive a bill once a year.

If you have questions about functionality or need help getting started, please refer to our user guide, which includes detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to navigate different functionalities, as well as short videos. To access the user guide, simply click the question mark in the upper right corner of the Ledidi platform. The Ledidi Support team is also here to assist you with any product-related issues that you cannot resolve on your own. You can email them at support@ledidi.com. Additionally, we have our dedicated Science Team, which consists of academic and medical experts who can provide tailored onboarding and on-site support to help you accelerate your projects. Simply contact us with an inquiry if you would like to learn more.


As of October 2023, we no longer support the Ledidi Free product offering. If you are an existing customer and have trouble logging in, please contact our support team at support@ledidi.com. If you do not have an existing agreement with us and would like to understand how your organization can utilise the Ledidi platform, please contact our sales team at sales@ledidi.com.

We offer an enterprise pricing plan for organisations with 15+ users. If you would like to learn more, please contact the sales team at sales@ledidi.com. They will gladly assist.
