Ledidi + NordicRWE: Hybrid real-world evidence across the Nordics
NordicRWE is an Oslo-based real-world evidence company that turns Nordic health data into decision-ready evidence for pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech and academic research organisations. Its team brings deep expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics and registry-based research, drawing on the Nordic health registries, which cover entire populations over decades and are among the most comprehensive in the world.
At Ledidi, we built our clinical evidence platform around a simple belief: sponsors deserve direct, real-time access to their own data. Study design shouldn’t require a six-month implementation cycle. And the evidence you generate should stay yours: portable, reusable, never locked inside someone else’s system.
Together, we develop and conduct hybrid real-world evidence studies and pragmatic clinical trials across the Nordic region. Ledidi captures the structured prospective data that registries cannot, such as symptoms, biomarkers, functional status and patient-reported outcomes, at the point of care. NordicRWE links it longitudinally to national registries in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland and leads the scientific design and analysis. The result is a dataset with both clinical depth and population-level follow-up that neither source can deliver alone.
Why Ledidi and NordicRWE have joined forces
Clinical decisions by physicians, health authorities and payers depend on evidence that reflects how treatments perform in real-world patient populations, not only in controlled trial settings. The Nordic registries were built for administrative and public health purposes, so they typically lack the granular clinical information needed to answer the questions that matter most: which subgroups respond to a therapy, how outcomes compare in routine practice, and whether trial benefits hold across heterogeneous populations. Under the partnership, NordicRWE uses Ledidi as its primary platform for prospective data capture and hybrid study execution, and Ledidi works with NordicRWE as its preferred partner for scientific design, registry analytics and epidemiological methods. The evidence we generate together is intended to inform health technology assessments, reimbursement submissions and clinical guidelines, closing the gap between regulatory approval and the real-world information clinicians need.
